The residential complex is situated directly on the quay wall of the City Marina. From the living room and the glazed loggia, you have a beautiful view of the harbor basin "Landwehrkanal" – perfect for enjoying life by the water. From the living room as well as the two bedrooms, you can look towards "Alte Liebe" and see the busy shipping lane of the Elbe, the major global shipping route. Ships pass by here on their way to Hamburg – a real experience for anyone who loves the maritime atmosphere. The residential complex offers an underground garage with direct access to the building, allowing you to park your car safely and conveniently. For your bicycle, there is a shared basement that provides plenty of space for your bikes. With the elevator, you can go directly from the underground garage to the first floor and arrive practically at your apartment door. An internet connection with LAN and Wi-Fi ensures that you can use the reception on the 3 smart TVs as well as your own laptop—ideal for entertainment or even to stay productive during your vacation. For your comfort, the underfloor heating provides a pleasant warmth, while the ventilation system with heat recovery continually supplies fresh air. All windows are equipped with electrically operated external blinds, allowing you to darken the rooms as desired at any time.
