We bought our first apartment in 2009. As a family of six, it was always very difficult for us to rent a suitable apartment. Then the opportunity arose to buy this apartment.

Your accommodation is wonderfully centrally located, allowing you to quickly reach the harbor with the Alte Liebe beach or the charming town of Duhnen on foot. If the walk back seems too long, you can simply take the beach train or the bus – convenient and stress-free! In the spa gardens, you can experience a very special attraction: the penguin feeding at the zoo. And if you keep your eyes open, you'll discover many other animal residents, such as birds, monkeys, and guinea pigs, that fill the park with life.

Our vacation apartments offer you a comfortable stay: With a balcony, a glass-enclosed loggia, and often even a sea view, you can enjoy your vacation to the fullest. Especially at the City Marina, our apartments are exclusively furnished and offer families plenty of space to feel completely at home. There's no need to "manufacture" a maritime flair here – the maritime flair is at home here.
