Description of the Apartment The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the building and offers a fantastic view of the harbor life. The residential complex is right next to the quay wall of the City Marina, so you have the maritime atmosphere right at your doorstep. From the living room and the glazed loggia, you can look out over the charming harbor basin 'Landwehrkanal' – simply perfect for watching the hustle and bustle of the harbor. From the balcony, you have a great view towards the 'Alte Liebe' and the world's shipping route, the Elbe waterway. Here, you can see all the ships passing by on their way to Hamburg – a real highlight for all ship enthusiasts. The complex has an underground garage with direct access to the building, so you can always enter the building conveniently. Your apartment has a shared cellar for bicycles, so you can safely store your bike. With the elevator, you can comfortably reach your apartment door – completely without climbing stairs. A LAN and Wi-Fi connection ensures a fast connection to the Internet, allowing you to use 3 smart TVs and your laptop. This keeps you well-connected even as a business traveler and enables you to stay productive at any time. The underfloor heating and the ventilation system with heat recovery provide a pleasant indoor climate, so you always feel completely comfortable.
