The apartment is located on the ground floor of the building, offering you particularly convenient access. Our residential complex is situated directly behind the dike in Döse, giving you a great view of the dike and the popular Döse beach house – a real holiday feeling! For the best comfort, the underground garage provides direct access to the building, so you can always enter the property easily. Your apartment also includes a shared basement where you can safely store your bicycles. With the elevator, you can comfortably reach your apartment door without any detours. A fast internet connection via LAN and Wi-Fi ensures that you can relax and enjoy the 3 smart TVs or even work with your own laptop. Especially for business travelers, we offer a reliable and high-performance connection. The underfloor heating ensures that you feel completely comfortable in any season – no matter what the weather outside is like. For your restful nights, we have installed blackout curtains in the bedrooms, while in the living room, sheer curtains and drapes create a pleasant atmosphere. The apartment is equipped with allergy-friendly beds and completely free of carpets – making it ideal for allergy sufferers. Hard flooring provides a modern and clean living experience. Please note that pets and dogs are unfortunately not allowed in the apartment.

Your accommodation is wonderfully central, so you can easily reach the harbor with the Alte Liebe or the charming Duhnen on foot. If the way back ever seems too long, you can conveniently take the beach train or bus – comfortable and stress-free! In the spa park, you can experience a very special attraction: the penguin feeding at the zoo. And if you keep your eyes open, you'll also discover many other animal residents such as birds, monkeys, and guinea pigs that bring the park to life.
